• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information.

• Agree to use the platform in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

3. Our Role

Riglni is a marketplace. We do not employ Professionals nor do we guarantee their performance. We only facilitate connections between Clients and Professionals.

We do not assume liability for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from services performed.

4. Bookings and Payments

• Clients can request services through the app or website.

• Payment methods may include cash or electronic payments (subject to availability).

• Riglni may charge a service or booking fee, which will be disclosed prior to confirming a booking.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Clients may cancel a booking before the service starts. Some cancellations may be subject to a fee.

• Refunds (if any) are issued based on the circumstances and at Riglni’s discretion.

• Professionals may also cancel appointments. Riglni is not responsible for any resulting inconvenience.

6. User Conduct

By using Riglni, you agree to:

• Treat Professionals and other users with respect.

• Not use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities.

• Not post false reviews, spam, or offensive content.

Riglni reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Professional Obligations

Professionals agree to:

• Provide honest, accurate information about their skills and services.

• Fulfill all bookings with professionalism and within agreed timelines.

• Comply with applicable safety, legal, and regulatory requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

Riglni is not liable for:

• Any damages, injury, or losses caused by Professionals.

• Delays or service interruptions due to technical issues.

• Content posted by users or third parties.

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

Your use of Riglni is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Algeria. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Algerian courts.
