Refund Policy

At Riglni, we strive to provide reliable, high-quality service experiences. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which users (clients) and professionals can cancel bookings, and when refunds may apply.


1. Booking Cancellations

a. Client Cancellations

  • Before Service Begins:
    Clients may cancel a booking free of charge if it is done at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time.

  • Less Than 2 Hours Notice:
    If a cancellation is made within 2 hours of the scheduled time, a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the service cost may apply to compensate the professional for lost time.

  • No-Show:
    If the client is not present at the time of service and fails to respond within 15 minutes, the booking may be marked as a no-show and no refund will be issued.


b. Professional Cancellations

  • If a professional cancels a confirmed booking, the client will be notified immediately, and Riglni will assist in assigning a new available professional as quickly as possible.

  • Frequent cancellations by professionals may result in account penalties or suspension.


2. Refunds

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • The professional did not show up for the appointment.

  • The service was not completed or was performed with major defects.

  • The booking was charged in error or due to a technical issue on the Riglni platform.

Refund Process:

  • Clients must submit a refund request within 48 hours of the service date via email at support@riglni.com.

  • Refund requests will be reviewed and responded to within 5 business days.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as app credits.


3. Disputes and Resolution

If there is a disagreement between the client and the professional regarding the quality or completion of a service:

  • Riglni will act as a neutral mediator.

  • Both parties may be asked to provide photos or written explanations.

  • Riglni reserves the right to make a final decision based on available information.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The client changes their mind after the service has been rendered.

  • Minor dissatisfaction that does not affect core service quality.

  • Misuse of the service or false claims.
